What is the Rested Sleep Solution?

How do I use the Rested Sleep Mobile App?

  1. After purchasing the Rested Sleep Solution, we will send you a welcome email with a link to download the Rested iOS app from the App Store. 
  2. Once you install the app, you will be prompted to register for an account using your AppleID. 
  3. Next, opt-in your HealthKit data to get the most out of your experience. 
  4. With your HealthKit data we’ll be able to monitor your sleep habits, and send personalized sleep tips that will help provide you a better night’s sleep.
  5. Lastly, begin listening to our sleep stories, soundscapes, or nature sounds to get restful sleep each night. 

What data does Rested collect? 

While you can use Rested without passing any Apple HealthKit information, Rested can provide you with better recommendations when you provide access to Apple HealthKit metrics like Hours Slept, Sleep Time, Wake Time, Steps Walked, Mindfulness Minutes, Heartrate and more.  


Additionally, Rested provides the option to create an account without providing an email address through AppleID. 


How does Rested use my data?

Rested uses your data to help improve your daily sleep by tracking your sleep quality and correlating it with other health metrics to better understand the factors that drive your sleep quality.


Where and how does Rested ship?

We ship nationwide via USPS. Customers will be able to track their Rested box as it finds its way to you via the USPS tracking. (Due to state imposed regulations, we cannot ship to customers residing in the following states: Idaho, Nebraska, and South Dakota)


When will I receive my Rested Sleep Solution?

Once you submit your order, one of our Rested specialists will quickly dispatch your order via USPS. Depending on where you live in the USA, it should take between two and seven business days to then arrive at your doorstep.


How do I use the Rested Sleep Formula?

Take 2 capsules 30 minutes before bed each night. 


What ingredients are in the Rested Sleep Formula?

The Rested Sleep Formula includes the following ingredients:
